The Year You Stop Running on Empty: A Sound Journey & Reset for Women Who Do It All

As women in business, we carry more than most people will ever see.
We run companies, manage households, support our families, and hold the emotional and mental weight of everyone around us. It’s no wonder so many of us start the new year already exhausted.
This Connections Meeting is an invitation to begin this year differently. Join us for a restorative evening at the Center for Sound & Ceremony, where we’ll explore how to step into the new year from a place of grounding, clarity, and reconnection — instead of depletion.
We’ll discuss:
- The difference between stress and overwhelm -Why women entrepreneurs often run on empty
- How burnout builds up in the body
- Why it’s essential to care for yourself physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually
From there, you’ll be guided through a 45-minute sound journey designed to help you regulate your nervous system, soften the pressure you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with your inner steadiness.
We’ll close the evening with a simple commitment practice to help you identify one meaningful action you’re ready to take to support your well-being in the months ahead—along with what may need to shift so you can truly stay committed.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, nourished, and reconnected to yourself—with clear intentions for how you’ll support your own energy as you move through the year.
This gathering is for the women who do it all… and are ready to stop doing it alone.
