This 1 hour deep dive training will walk you through what is happening on the inside of your body, how you can manage hot flashes and hormonal changes, prevent insulin resistance that usually comes with menopause, and lose weight WITHOUT swearing off all your favorite foods or only eat 1000 calories a day. This class will give you the tactical steps to healthy aging and feeling like you again.
Emily Gozy is a Registered Dietitian based out of Syracuse, New York with her virtual practice, Nourished with Emily. Emily is a 2018 graduate of Marywood University's Coordinated Program in Nutrition and Dietetics, and a 2019 graduate of Concordia University of Chicago's Master's in Applied Exercise Science with a Concentration in Sports Nutrition. Her expertise lies in weight management through an all-foods-can-fit approach, bettering relationships with food, and improving confidence in her client's skin and in the kitchen. She is frequent contributor to TIME Magazine, SHAPE Magazine, HUFFPOST, BUSTLE, Healthline, and other publications, serves on the New York State Academy Board as a Media Spokesperson, and 2021 winner of the Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year Award for NYSAND and AND.
