Devan is the Life Coach for female entrepreneurs and military spouses, motivational speaker and author. She’s also the creator and host of an annual Self-Discovery Women’s Summit, which she holds every fall. Devan founded her business, Developing with Devan, in 2020 with the mission to empower women, especially fellow military spouses, to facilitate the changes they desire in order to be unapologetically themselves and reach their goals. 

Kathy Adams –Cognos Performance Consulting, Inc

Kathy is the President and CEO of Cognos Performance Consulting, Inc. Cognos is focused on enabling leaders and leadership teams to build and grow healthy organizations.  Kathy has supported a broad range of organizations, both as a consultant and in leadership roles in corporate settings. Dubbed “organization troubleshooter” by her colleagues, Kathy is a savvy analyst of how human systems work—or don’t—in organizations large and small. She currently serves as the Chair of the Advisory Board of the WISE Women’s Business Center and is also the chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals of her local town.

Amy Doyle – White Stone Wellness

Amy is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist, freelance medical/content writer and the owner of White Stone Wellness.  Over the last two decades she has built two successful businesses and is the current President of WBOC.  In her entrepreneurial journey spotlight, she will be talking about what she had to overcome from just starting out as a young, introverted woman in a male-dominated field, to completely switching careers as she approached 40.  She’ll be sharing the skills she’s had to learn, the things she’s had to let go of, and finding the courage to go after what you want and charge what you’re worth.
